Science: Sugar >Insulin>fat storage, suggests “benign dietary ketosis”
Diet: low fat, very low carbohydrates, replace with high protein (meat, fish, eggs,butter)
Problem: increased caloric intake: Ketosis (nausea, headaches, bad breath and fatigue). High-protein (kidney disease and gout).
